Our water comes from a deep drilled well about 450 meters in a natural region of North Vietnam. Without good water, a brewer would not succeed in achieving stable quality in beer.

We abide by the highest standards from the oldest food law in the world: the German purity law of 1516. The combination of traditional ingredients with our well-rounded recipes results in well-balanced beers with a variety of tastes.

Sustainable production patterns allow us to be very environment-friendly. Advanced technologies enable water recycling, improved wastewater treatment, and energy recuperation. And to minimize waste, our beers are delivered and enjoyed out of our barrels.
